You will find our villa in the Palm Beach area of the island, a beautiful and quiet area close to the "high-rise" hotels (such as Marriott and Hyatt) and only 10 minutes by car from Oranjestad with its nice bars, restaurants, shops and beautiful boulevard. Our villa is located on more than 6,400 square feet of land and is less than 10 walking minutes from the beautiful beaches.

This 2740 square foot villa was built in 2003. It is fully equipped for 2-8 persons, with 2 additional twin mattresses that can be utilized allowing for 10. The new garden offers sufficient privacy. A new pool was recently completed in May 2008.

Directions to the Villa:
• From airport head toward Oranjestad ( left turn ) which is L G Smith Blvd or 1B.
• Next thing will be a rotary, follow signs for the Harbor area or 1B. This will avoid downtown traffic.
• 1B will continue once you reach the Harbor area. There you turn right on 1B toward the California light house. There will be a Valero gas station at this juncture.
• Continue on 1B toward the California light house. You will pass several strip malls, Low rise hotel area, Hospital turn off, another small rotary which you will continue through the other side still on 1B.
• Next will be Adventure mini golf on your right and then past a Old Dutch windmill on your left.
• Continue on 1B staying in right lane to stop light, get into turning lane for right turn.
• You will see a Wendy's and a Chinese restaurant as you turn onto this street (Palm Beach area).
• Go into entry for Chinese restaurant and go between it and Wendy's toward a dirt road in back.
• Turn to the left behind Wendy's and it will come out onto a paved road near apartments.
• Continue straight over two speed bumps to the end where it turns into gravel again.
• At last street turn right and Palm Beach 518 is the second house in. Two toned tan with wrought iron gate.
• Anneke ( Property Manager ) should give you directions on how to enter the gate and house.
